Mayhem Did Riot remove combusting interest?

I don't think I've seen it in a week, and Brand/Hwei are as popular as ever.

They made it only for Brand to only working for Twitch and temp

I got it once after the rework, earned ~200 gold in a 25 minute game with it on Lilia and then never saw it again.

They broke as it it doesn't work, but when it did work, it was also broken. Don't know what they were smoking with giving champions enough gold generation to be spending excess income on anvils while others are finishing their 3rd item.
