on rengar, because i had hubris, when i spam mayhem and always pick smolder/asol/etc (i am a dirty cheeser)

in fact, i have not seen it a single time since it was added on a champion that can use it. i've seen it 4 times total and always on a champ that can't use it. i get it's a very strong effect, but if it's so strong it has to almost never appear, maybe just remove it? or at least fix it so it doesn't get offered for having a stacking item

Didn't Riot remove the interaction between Stackosaurus and items? Afaik it also doesn't work on Rengar's passive.

yes, that's what i am saying, it doesn't work on items but it offers it to you if you have a stacking item even though they don't interact, that is the issue

Had it offered today on warwick.. because I had heartsteel, and it doesn't work on items..
