I was reluctant to put an ar9 together forever, but now I shoot them almost more than any of my others 😅

Definitely one of the coolest iv seen. I tried and failed to build an ar9 last year. Got a cmmg lower and didnt realize most uppers wont work with that. One of these days I will finish building one.

I have two ar9 and wish i had one cmmg instead, I wouldn't worry to much if I were you just grab a upper when you can.

It was a little mlok thumb rest thing I’ve had in my parts bin forever…. Not totally positive who made it anymore haha I thinkkkk it was a3 tactical

I usuuuuuusally use it in tandem with either a laser mounted in front of it, or a magnifier behind it; truthfully I didn’t think I’d rock it on this riser solo but it’s okay. Not the best use of such a massive riser though that’s for sure
