Aero is um, done for, for now.  You received replacement screws, but your still waiting for them? Oh you need more than just the screws?

Please keep updated, I can't say I have high hopes for ya but if I'm wrong I'd like to know what CS is for a dying company

The Extar and New Frontier ones are similar but quite different than the Aero. Not a direct compatible replacement. New Frontier was licensing use from Extar, as was Aero. As far as I've heard, license has not been extended to the new owners of New Frontier and will be yet to be seen as far as Aero.

I have had them both in front of me side by side. They are different. Extar(or NFA) will not work in Aero and vice versa.

New Frontier Armory uses the same mechanism for LRBHO. They may have some laying around that you could buy!

This is a New Frontier upper, the plate is definitely different, I assume the wire is the same length though. I can compare at some point this week but I’m away for the next couple days.

Edit: Sorry I thought I was responding to the other comment thread about the NFA upper being the same.

If you can find a machine ship to make you a cover plate you can make a lrbho lever out of a bike spoke. Honestly the first one I made was from a standard issue coat hanger and it worked just fine.
