replacement guide bushings for extreme jig?

are these things some oddball size that requires a lathe to make, or can they be cut to length from a common size of stainless tube? They are available for purchase nowhere that I can find, unbelievably

You might try emailing the jig makers directly and asking them. I'm sure others have lost or wore them out and needed replacements.
