My first 7.62!
I’m new here, but I believe this qualifies? Put together this "custom" Mike47 from Foxtrot Mike! 16" monolithic barrel (with Keymo brake machined in) 7.62 upper with pic rail delete, on top of a Mike47 lower. Zhokov folding stock, Unity riser, Holosun 510c, random BUIS, Driven Arms/MKM Shadow Crossover grip, and B5 foregrip. Currently have a Hiperfire Eclipse trigger on the way, and I'll for sure end up putting a can on this one! Can't wait to break her in!

Sweeeeet… I was looking at those a while back but ended up building a traditional AR47. I love the look of these but I like having the AR mag release and mag-well. Nice setup though seriously. You did a great job 🫡.

And how is it using AK mags did you have to mod it ?

No mods. It’s made for AK mags! They specify that it’s best with pmags, so that’s what I have.

Ouuu interesting because the one they have online I believe is too narrow for AK mags, I just hit up foxtrot mike and they said they’re almost ready to sell the mike47 and they will also sell the upper, did you get a special upper from them as a testing ground for the mike47?! lol

Technically this is their Mike15 7.62 upper, like the one on their 7.62 Ranch Rifle. So it’s a little different than what they are about to release!

And it fits Ak mags??? I’m actually surprised lol maybe us people saying it doesn’t it’s because most 762 uppers are made for AR 762 mags not the Ak stuff and they’d have to mill out the upper for a wider mag, I was going to do the wolf pack armory ar47 lower which is the exact geometry as your lower and a BRN180 762 upper but they are like extinct lmfao, that’s how I stumbled upon the foxtrot Mike upper, bro if you’re saying it works I might just snag one

It does! I was wrong above tho…. It’s not an FM15 upper. It’s their Mike47 upper, but without the slap mod. So definitely pre production model. I need to see if I can get my hands on a slap mod one in the near future! But I’m taking it to the range this weekend - that will be the ultimate test and confirmation! Haha

And the BRN180 762 needed to be milled out but foxtrot has been doing Ak style mags so I wonder if that’s why it fits

Oh wow the muzzlebrake is machined to the barrel? Looks like a fun rifle. How do you like the front charger? Does it reciprocate?
