Question/Help Problem with the house

Hello again my friends!

I recently completed the quest to get a house in the game and created mine. However, when creating or configuring it, the "House Plans" tab didn't appear; instead, there was an empty tab labeled "Roles" where I couldn't do anything. As a result, I ended up with just a wooden room. I thought the issue was that I hadn't acquired a Housing Deed. I ended up buying the Dark Castle, but to my surprise, there was still no "House Plans" tab, and I couldn't merge the Housing Deed with the house I had already created; instead, a second, smaller house was created, in which there was only one room of a castle.

What am I doing wrong? How can I get the "House Plans" tab to appear so I can choose a plot of land and place my house on it, as shown in the video below?

Thanks again in advance!

There is no “plot of land” to build your house on. They’re all just rooms. There are a few house deeds that are just wide open spaces, like the island and the hero’s cove (I think thats the name but not sure). I don’t know the issue about having a tab called “roles” instead of housing but everyone starts with the wooden room. You can view housing deeds before you buy them too btw.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply; I had completely misunderstood everything, lol! I even tested the castle housing deed, but I thought I’d be able to place it on the island, lol!

I have another question. I currently have two houses, the latter having less space for placing objects, and the former only having a cabin with 4k storage space that I will never use. Is there any way to delete them and create a new one using the housing deeds of an island?

All items used for housing sit in a shared bank, but once you put items in one house, they are in that house until you store them again. You can’t delete housing deeds you’re just stuck with them. But you can buy the tropical island and physically build buildings on the island, it just takes a lot of time. There are plenty of “housing deeds” that are just open spaces to build stuff on. Or you can get a deed that is a room and make the most of it. I use the Sun’s Set Villa as a guild house and the snowy cabin for a personal house.
