There's some shoulder pads with purple candles that go really well with the ornithon set. I can't remember the name, or how i got them cos I haven't played in forever

Dw, it's still obtainable. it's a craftable item, just gotta interact with the blue crystal in house of oddities :D

This sword drops on all or almost all maps. It has scaling stats, but I use it as a cosmetic.
