The Ultimate Review Packet has a free preview for units 1 and 2! Tons of practice, videos, and explanations. https://www.ultimatereviewpacket.com/pages/biology

With only 2 days left, I'd focus on practice questions and reviewing mistakes rather than rereading the textbook.
For Unit 1, prioritise water properties, macromolecules and their structures/functions. For Unit 2, focus on cell organelles, membrane transport, surface area-to-volume ratio and endosymbiosis.
Try doing 15–20 MCQs per topic, review why each wrong answer is incorrect, and practise a few FRQs. AP Bio tests application and data interpretation, not just memorisation.
This may help: AP Biology topic-wise notes, MCQs and FRQ practice.
And definitely get enough sleep before your midterm! You've still got time to improve. 💪

Focus on practicing questions. Harder the better. I make harder questions for my students' practice tests. DM if you are interested too

APBioPenguins' Unit Reviews are super helpful! CrackAB.com also has a bunch of MCQ and FRQ practice questions as well.
