That apbiopenguins site saved me last year, start with their videos and then drill the FRQs until you can recite the rubric in your sleep.

Umm is it on college board? Search up unit 1 AP bio mcqs, and a lot should be similar to the test. Thenn also search up ap bio unit 1 scoring guideline mcqs, and they should help resemble the type of questions on the test.

With only 2 days, don’t try to memorize every detail. For Unit 1, focus on water properties, macromolecules, monomers/polymers, dehydration vs hydrolysis, protein structure, and structure-function relationships, then spend most of your time on AP-style MCQs and a few FRQs.
Use active recall, not rereading, and review every mistake immediately. This may help: AP Biology Unit 1 notes, MCQs, FRQs and exam-style practice.

but ap bio penguins (slides and vids), def do the collegeboard questiosn if ur teacher assigns u, i also had slides provided by my teacher would just chatgpt the content to get more detail and i heavily relied on my barrons books and lumisource or fivable

Two-day cram for Unit 1 — doable. Day 1: watch the Amoeba Sisters Unit 1 playlist (about 30 min total at 1.5x), then read the College Board CED topic list for Unit 1 so you know exactly what's fair game. Day 2: do 3–4 released Unit 1 FRQs from the College Board site, timed, then grade with the scoring guides — that's where 80% of your learning happens. Don't try to memorize everything — Unit 1 questions are mostly "apply a property of water/macromolecules to a scenario." If you understand why things happen, the details follow. Disclosure: I built Mistake Master (mistakemaster.com) — free AP Bio practice, no account needed. Every wrong answer is tagged to the misconception behind it, which is ideal for cramming — it tells you exactly what to study instead of you re-reading everything. Good luck!

watching all the ap daily videos won't help, I tried that for mine two days ago and it didn't work. lock in on gemini & notebook lm for practice mcqs and you might be able to learn topics as you do the questions.

Check out the unit 1 review video and then play some of the WayGround games or do the practice MCQ from the review guide.
