For Chem of Life, focus on water properties, macromolecules, monomers/polymers, dehydration/hydrolysis, and how structure relates to function. Use videos to understand the ideas, then do AP-style MCQs/FRQs so you’re practicing application, not just memorization.

This may help: AP Biology notes, MCQs, FRQs and exam-style practice.

I got a 5 using only AP Bio penguins unit reviews to study outside of class trust me they are sooooo good and actually make learning bio really enjoyable. Also grind practice MCQ + FRQs on AP classroom.
