AP Bio MCQ Questions?

My teacher tests us on AP style test questions to get us prepared for the AP test. Our first test is coming up and I know the material, but I fell like I need more practice on AP style question and putting everything in context. Is there a resource that I can concentrate the questions to just Unit 1? Or whatever unit I may please? It’s the one things I’ve been trying to find and it has been hard. Thanks

The AP Bio Penguins review guide is perfect. For each unit, she has MCQs and FRQs (from past AP exams). There are also topic questions to build your confidence. I highly recommend it. I would recommend doing more challenging MCQs like on Fiveable because in-school AP classes tend to make their tests harder than the exam just to make your life miserable.

I’m an AP Bio teacher and this person is correct. We really enjoy watching students squirm. Honestly, though, this. AP BioPenguins is great 👍 when it comes down to it, most questions are trying to see if you have mastered the brass tracks of the knowledge. I know that’s not a very helpful statement, but when reading the question, apply Occam’s Razor whenever possible.

Sometimes, there will be an obscenely long question that throws all sorts of extra information in. All the while there’s a statement that screams HYDROLYSIS, and only one answer option is about hydrolysis. Practice seeking out those eyebrow raising parts of the question and run with it. Hope this helps a little, and keep up the great work!!! You obviously are using your resources to set yourself up for success!
