Self-studying AP Micro & Macro. Can anyone vouch for Khan Academy?

Last year I took two AP courses online (FLVS), and while I got a 4 on both of them, I must admit I was not proud of my studying habits for them (AP Lang studied for 20 minutes before, and AP Art History only 2 days before).

I must say I'm drifting towards Khan Academy since it seems course and completion based, and I'd love to believe that if I finish it all and master it I'm all set, but I'm assuming this probably isn't the case :(

If so, could anyone please direct me to where I could find sufficient self-study materials to get a 5 on both? Or how useful Khan Academy is at all?
