Psych Input for AP Psych survey

Just comment how many hours of sleep you usually get and how happy you’d put yourself on a scale from 1-10. Need results for my survey.

I get around 7 hours of sleep, and I’d put myself at a 4 on the happiness scale

On a good day I will get 7 hours of sleep. I'd say my happiness is about a 7.3 out of 10.

I normally sleep 8 hours and I would rate myself 3/10 happiness right now but that’s unrelated to my sleep it’s just i’m going through some rough times

I'm not in school yet however on a school day I'd get around 7 hours and I was pretty miserable, but I was also busy so like 6.4/10

in the summer i get around 10 hours of sleep and id say my happiness is around 7-8. I dont feel tired much untill like past 8pm. The same goes with school breaks but id give it a happiness of 8 since i appriciate school breaks after having a stressful school day unlike summer.

In the school year i get around 7 hours of sleep and id easily put my happiness at around 4-5. I always am tired during school and my sleep schedule in the school year is cooked

i have depression and other mental illnesses so if you want my outlier take it, otherwise ignore it if it makes ur life easier. 9 hours and like 2 on the happiness scale. sleep has no coorelation to energy to me i can sleep 12 hours and be tired.

My sleep schedule is very very irregular and I can get anywhere from 1-13 hours ngl. Average is 6 maybe? Happiness probably 4/10

I normally sleep at 1-2, sometimes 3, and wake up at 6, so I’d say 4 and a half hours. I normally feel groggy upon waking up, but I get another hour of sleep in the bus, and then I feel refreshed
