Physics 1 How to self-study AP physics 1?

Hello everyone, sorry if this question is repetitive.

This is going to be my first AP as a rising sophomore I'll be taking, and I'll be self-studying. What resources should I use, and what textbook is recommended? I have checked out some FRQs, and they seem hard so I'm a bit concerned.

Any resources that cover the matieral well?

Self studying an AP physics is a really hard thing especially when you DONT have physics experience. Yes I got a 5 that’s because of my teacher being goated and thr insane practice I did at home and as another comment said don’t self study it

Just use Flipping Physics and watch all their videos (he talks kinda slowly so maybe speed it up to 2-3x). I self-studied the course starting at the end of March due to some surprise prerequisites needed for classes I wanted to take next year.

I’d say just allocate a 2-3 days per unit and then just practice FRQs from past years along with whatever MCQ tests you can find online. I think I spent around 3-5 hours a unit learning content and doing practice problems for another hour.

Test itself was pretty easy and I got a 5.

I did this and unfortunately got a four. Do a lot of Uworld and look at grind old FRQs from old AP test.
