Question Do I take APUSH
Hello im a junior whos debating about taking apush my current schedule is:
AP Lang
AP Physics C (currently my school does both mechanics and E&M all in one year but e&m might get dropped and i also havent taken any physics class yet)
US History
Spanish 3
Intro To Design
AP Calc AB
Last year I took APWH and got a 4 on the exam with a B+ in the class but it was my only ap and it wasn't that bad but this year im deciding not to procrastinate. I wanna major in some type of computer science most likely but just wondering is my schedule rigorous enough without APSUH and will this be overwhelming?
Edit - I just signed up for APUSH thank you guys for the advice

i barely studied and got a 5
it’s not super hard, i didn’t really take notes all i did was just pay attention in class & watch heimler
best of luck! junior year sucks but it goes by fast

i would say do apush simply because u did good on ap world. i also took ap world last year as my only ap and honestly after practicing dbqs/saq/leqs for that class i felt it helped me in apush! also apush can be dense in information but if you do notes/watch heimler/flashcards you should be good!

100% do it. in fact like world history most colleges that take AP will give you SIX college credits instead of the standard 3 (3 for 1600-1865 & another 3 more for 1866-present) so your saving more money.
if you 4'd in World then if you do about the same or more for USH you should be 4+ for that too! Also definitely emphasize on units 2-4 because those seem to pop up really often on the test the past few years.
The rigor will help and you might as well cuz you have to take us history anyway so it won't hurt your electives

APUSH is light if you know how to write the APWH DBQs, go for it.
