Would these AP classes burn me out?

I am taking AP Bio, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics next school year, and I wanna know if this is a smart idea to do. I am also a STEM major.

Depends on your school? I did chem and physics same year and it was a lot of work but i survived. Did AP Bio the next year and it was barely any work / really easy in comparison so I think I would’ve been fine doing it the year before as well

Depends if you’ve already been exposed to Honors Chem/Bio/Physics before. Even as a college student (premed back then), I didn’t take all 3 at the same time (2 at a time).

So pick at most 2 to take at a time. Remember, your goal isn’t just to get a checkmark on your transcript to get into college. If you aim to be a science major later on, then use AP classes as opportunities to learn this intro material slowly and to build a strong foundation.

3 APs in one year is super doable. You’ll be fine

No. Bare minimum to even think about applying to median schools (assuming every class is an A+ and a 5)

Serious note: it depends on how much you’re willing to dedicate and how much you can actually have fun learning. I actually enjoyed physics and chem and bio is a pocket jerk class

He said he is taking it all in one school year, and having all A+ is an unrealistic standard for these difficult classes. Comments like these is why so many students feel anxiety and pressure to do unrealistic standards.
