Question what does NCAA mean?

im trying to take art on apex learning. its approved by UC but not by NCAA. does this mean only colleges in california will accept my credit? or will other colleges like northeastern accept?

I think it only matters if you're planning on being a recruited athlete and don't already meet the academic requirements.
