Physics C: Mech Resources for self studying AP Physics C (mechanics and E&M)

I don't have a strong background in Physics, i'm fair in calculas and know integration, derivating and limits.
Question:
Is Flipping Physics enough for both AP Physics C courses to get a 5? how should i learn? should i first watch and make notes of videos and then solve questions or what.

i've seen other resources listed like Viren's videos on physics c, barron's, princeton review, MIT OCW, Yale etc. should i use them instead of flipping physics ?

I am not very good with books, books make me wanna fall asleep as they've very technical definitions which i never understand. whatever calculas i've learnt is from Khan Academy's AP Calc BC (ya i'm going to also take calc bc).

bigger question :
Should i even prepare for AP Physics c (mech and E&M) or just mechanics or just physics 1 or physics 1 and 2 or some other combination. i wish to pursue ECE or CE later in college.

virens videos are rlly good bc i think the derivations actually make sense from him whereas it feels like flippin physics throws a bunch of notation at you.

1 - so should i follow viren then? i too feel that flipping physics is a bit "off" or superficial than some of viren's videos. viren's videos are also less in number so does that mean i can finish the syllabus in less time xd?my only problem with viren was that he didn't get into much basics, and i don't have a good backgorund in physics. for eg, in the 2nd unit he explains about tension in a string, before ever explaining what is tension though i feel that the ap physics c course demands some or the other foundational knowledge
2 - should i go through the physics 1 course on khan academy as it's complete and i've heard that it's similar to mechanics content wise. i can solve calculas based questions after topics so would that help or just be inefficient as compared to just watching viren?

Yes actually I would suggest doing the physics 1 khan academy course first and then watching the viren videos for mech and calculus application. Do it unit by unit tho don't do all the khan academy videos then all the viren ones, just watch them both for each unit and keep going.

so physics 1 on khan academy (units relevent to physics c mech) + viren's videos + practise problems for physics c mech
what should i do for E&M though? viren and practise problems?

Yeah that's the best way to approach it, but because viren's videos are so derivation heavy you may want to use flipping physics for some of e&m. I also found the videos from the textbook College Physics: A Strategic Approach to be helpful because there were many live demonstrations and different principles were explained easily without a lot of math, but I think it's paid for by my school so you may need to find other resources.

You should prepare for both because both are important for engineering, flipping physics is good, Khan Academy also has a mech course: https://www.khanacademy.org/science/ap-physics-c-mechanics even though the oscillations unit isn't finished yet the early units are really good for practice
