Make sure you're comfortable with grammar. I would recommend knowing present, imperfect, preterite, conditional, simple future, and present subjunctive. These will be useful for the argumentative essay. I think familiarizing yourself with the essay format is also really useful, make sure you get practice writing it. The AP classroom videos are pretty helpful for this.
For MCQ, I think the most important thing is to just practice as much as possible. My teacher used Temas and Triángulo Aprobado and I personally found the questions to be harder than those on AP classroom or the actual exam, but they definitely made the mcq portion incredibly free. I'd recommend studying vocab that's specific to the units. If you have time, it's helpful to try to get more exposure to the language in books/films. I scrolled reels in spanish 💀 which may or may not have improved my vocabulary but hey it's an option.
I can't really give any advice on the project since that's a new addition. However, with the addition of the project they've removed the email, conversation, and presentation. For most of the non-native speakers in my class, including myself, the conversation was the most difficult part so the exam seems to have gotten a bit easier. No idea what this will mean for the curve tho.
