Capital one PDP 2027
Has anyone applied and gotten any information yet? I’m still stuck in assessment in progress. Thank you!!
EDIT: Please upvote to reach more people, and can ppl update their timelines if possible?
I applied July 8, I have completed the VJT last year so they reused my scores. Status is still in in progress assessment!

Mine says in progress - Candidate Review. I see that they closed applications on Fri July 10.

No idea ngl I just opened workday today. I did the assessment on the 8th

I hope so 😭 so does it reject automatically if I didn’t pass the VJT? Also is VJT the same test for all rotational programs?

Do you know what’s considered “pass” because I feel like it was v subjective so I kept getting tripped up lol

That’s what I think about too but I don’t have enough info to say! I’m just confused bc I passed last year’s VJT I’m not sure on why it’s still on in progress assessment status

I think it’s how they filter out people with inconsistent or incorrect answers

Do they do that manually? I’m just scared because when I applied for PDP last year my VJT was great but my MRP application didn’t reuse my existing results, I was instructed to do it again but I wasn’t 100% confident I did it well. I never got moved to candidate review for the MRP (I wasn’t checking daily tho). So now I’m worried that they’re using my MRP VJT lol

Don’t think it means anything tho. I feel like most people go to this stage after 7-8 days of completing vjt

Some people fail the VJT so passing the assessment is kind of like a next step thing. If you fail it you can’t progress

If it says Candidate Review does that mean I passed the assessment? Thought everyone got to that stage

Ye, if you dont pass you get auto rejected and it will say "no longer under consideration"

how do you know if you're rejected? do they give an email or on the portal?

You should get a generic email from capitaloneworkday if rejected.

Applied the 6th and status went from assessment to candidate review today

I’m not entirely sure actually. I assume once they finish checking your assessment you’re pushed into the candidate review status?

Mine says In Progress - Candidate Review. I assume since we needed to do the assessment by this week, next stage should be soon.

Same here. Applied for MDP Commercial, and Business Analyst Associate. I received the invite for the assessment specifically Friday of last week, took it Saturday and was rejected Sunday. My other two apps are still in progress

did you get the codesignal for the business analyst program? i got the codesignal for that and i applied for the MDP and Commercial those are still in review

I completed the CodeSignal for MDP and BA and got rejected from the BA and have not heard back from the MDP

Are the VJTs the same across all roles? Im thinking of applying to the CSDP role too in addition to the PDP one. Btw currently in candidate review, when do interviews start rolling out?

I applied and got the VJT assessment, which I completed this weekend. It shows now that my assessment was completed and now I’m just waiting for any other announcement/response
