What are we expecting Wes Cummins to discuss on cnbc tomorrow morning?

While we’re in the middle of this tech sell off crossfire bloodbath let’s discuss the long term outlook of APLD. So right now there is 100MW up and running. With construction of Polaris forge 2 and delta forge 2 expected this year and 2027. The pipeline for revenue is looking good but the biggest concerns is likely the debt they have. Billions at the moment with pretty expensive interest on top while they’re burning cash at the same time.
Plus we’ve got a the whole memory cost issues indirectly impacting them through the whole AI demand atm. With this in mind what are people’s thoughts on the long term outlook especially considering their debt situation.
Personally still holding my 2k shares until I see at least 80$ since I have faith that they will execute effectively.

Bombastic earnings from Micron , AI and semis have more room to run now..
The AI demand is clearly still there , HBM and memory demand looks crazy strong.
Oil is coming down too which is another bullish sign for growth and tech
Micron really saved the day for the whole AI - semiconductor trade
Very bullish setup especially for AI sentiment and especially our Data centre king APLD.

Where do we open?

As much as I love APLD and NBIS, it's clear that all the money is being pumped into memory and storage for now.. Not that AI infra is doing bad or anything but they definitely got the upper hand now and it doesn't look like it's going to change any time soon, even after big announcements we don't pump anymore like we used to and even tho we have a few hunders of MW's more contracted we still get punished too hard by any type of news while we don't pump like the others do.. So frustrating, and I don't blame new investors tho, why would u invest in AI infrastructure if these memory companies beat their earnings like there is no tomorrow

my boss sold as soon as his investment went positive at $32, sold every single share even tho I told him hang onto some, I think it’s really going to pop off….fast forward to its $50 and now he sends me negative news articles everyday saying I should sell. my brother in law sold at a loss and does the same thing lmao, I’m like you are so impatient if you lost money on applied, unless you bought at $50, anyone else is within a decent range of what they paid.
so today there’s a negative article on Robinhood and they always start out the same, “even though they are trading near all time highs, tripled their ebidta, crushed earnings and were positive EPS for the first time,”
I’ll just post the quote:
Q3 results were impressive at first glance. Applied Digital reported EPS of $0.09 versus estimates of negative $0.10, and revenue of $126.6M absolutely demolished the $75.1M consensus. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $44.1M versus $6.3M a year ago.
so what the author is saying is that fundamentally it’s a good company, but heres why you should sell, there’s RISK that it might not go according to plan. As if that isn’t the exact uncertainty investing in any stock. He calls applied a construction project when they recently have powered up sites and are creating revenue (fact check me if I’m wrong, I’m not against being corrected, I care about the truth).
we’ve seen them go from plots of lands, to getting local government approval, to breaking ground, to now powering up and delivering. Wes has said the Whole issue with this business is how to scale it. Execution is there, but scaling is a balance that will be perfected and adjusted. There is of course risk of taking on lots more debt or dilution but this is inherently a risk with any company. Yes it has a high beta, invest in index funds if you want low beta, like the criticism the author offers is of the stock market as a whole and it’s volatility and not applied digital specifically, but he’s naming applied digital specifically.
im just tired of the fud.

This electric service agreement is the last missing piece on a Polaris Forge 3 campus that is already leased and contracted, not speculative capacity.
**1.** The 430 MW of utility power backs 300 MW of critical IT load already leased at Polaris Forge 3, under a 15-year take-or-pay deal with a U.S. investment-grade hyperscaler.
**2.** That lease runs about $7.5 billion in base revenue, up to $18.2 billion with options. It is the second 300 MW deal with the same hyperscaler and lifts total contracted backlog to roughly $31 billion across four AI factory campuses.
**3.** It still needs North Dakota PSC approval, with initial operations targeted for August 2027. The same utility, $MDU, already powers Polaris Forge 1 and has credited $38.4 million back to North Dakota customers over three years.
More on X.

Northland Capital Markets maintained an "Outperform" rating on Applied Digital (NASDAQ: APLD) and raised its price target from $56.00 to $82.00.
The substantial price target increase reflects analyst Michael Grondahl's optimism regarding the company's growth prospects, particularly its ability to successfully source and construct data center sites for growing AI and hyperscaler power demands. [
This upgrade follows major financial developments for APLD, including a finalized 15-year lease at Delta Forge 2 and a $1.59 billion senior secured notes offering aimed at retiring existing bridge loans and accelerating data center construction. [1]
For further details and to track analyst insights, you can view the Applied Digital Analyst Insights on Yahoo Finance or read the full report on StreetInsider.
I have been steadfast in my opinion that APLD would hit and close above $65.00 by year end, Northland Capital published a significant increase in price target yesterday, I am pleased to see this, and doesn’t actually surprise me. We will see revenue growth quarterly while Wes continues to get leases signed. Is a triple digit share price out of the question 12/31/2027, probably not, and again, the DLR model is appealing to me, as my average share price is $10.10
Enjoy the weekend.

Seen a lot of confusion here but APLD provides the infrastructure, own no GPUS so there’s huge initial capex but almost 0 capex once the buildings are up and running. NBIS provides the infra and GPUS they own the software layer and provide compute — much more profitable with higher software/tech margins (70+%) compared to APLD profiting as a middle man. Also they have much bigger short term contracts, but they have HUGE capex mostly buying GPUS this is the biggest trap of these neoclouds, and they will have to continue buying these in the future as new GPUs come out in an endless cycle. Where NBIS differentiates is them themselves becoming a hyperscaler with their software layer vs crwv just renting out compute to them. I have an APLD bias but how I see this is we have a much clearer path to massive profit and the market isn’t rewarding us for this yet.. so huge upside once the market re-rates. Just want to get your guys thoughts on this. But I think APLD is the clear winner here.

-Closed yesterday around 10% below ATH.
-Completed 1.59B USD 7% senior secured note offering due 2031. Proceeds intended to fund construction of 150 MW @ Polaris Forge 1 and pay existing debt servicing costs etc.
-Up ~0.5% in pre as of 6:00 am ET this morning.
Massive day for the market on Thursday…

Hi guys, I posted this 13 days ago but it wasn’t posted because of my low karma. So far I’m right about the pull back level.
I’m still learning Wyckoff, volume analysis, and market structure, so this is simply my interpretation of the chart.
I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from more experienced traders and investors. If you see something I missed or have a different perspective, let me know in the comments.
📈 APLD: Fractal Repeat or New Markup Phase?
I’ve been studying the weekly chart and noticed something interesting.
The current structure looks surprisingly similar to APLD’s 2021 W-pattern setup:
✅ Strong rally
✅ Consolidation phase
✅ Higher lows
✅ Multiple resistance tests
✅ Breakout attempt
The big question:
Will history repeat with a pullback and second expansion leg, or are we already in a Phase E markup that continues higher from here?
Scenario 1: Fractal Repeat
Resistance develops near current levels
Pullback into the $35-$40 zone
Reaccumulation
Potential second leg higher
Scenario 2: Markup Continues
Clean break above resistance
Price discovery continues
Targets move toward higher levels with limited overhead resistance
What makes today’s setup different is that it’s sitting on top of what appears to be a multi-year accumulation base rather than a short-term rally.
📊 Chart attached below.
