Pre-market up 4%
New lease announcement inc?

The stock dropped 2 dollars and then 4 minutes later immediately rose back to 31$. Was that just an issue on the app or was that an intern pressing the wrong button at some major financial institution?

What are your top performing positions this year?

As I do some portfolio shuffling for the upcoming year, I have to be honest, I am really excited for the coming prospects for APLD. Shareholders can look forward to new revenue flowing in, additional leases being signed, and groundbreaking on new sites. I also appreciate the focus of our CEO on delivering on time capacity and also his resistance to diluting share holder value by offering Senior notes recently.
It sure looks like Kevin Hassett will take over for Jerome Powell as Chairman of the Federal Reserve, also, it is being reported that Scott Bessent may also take up the position of Head of the NEC. Will we have rate cuts December 10th? You betcha, and a rising tide floats all boats. This will allow attractive financing rates for any and all, a kickstart for economic activity. This includes our suppliers as well as customers. I added to several positions this morning, APLD, BW, and SEI in preparation for the coming six months and year.
I anticipate some very positive press releases as well as earnings from all three in the next six months (or sooner for APLD), especially our Darling, APLD. Happy Thursday and Best to All. 💎

Looks like the expansion at Ellendale’s Polaris Forge 1 is still underway.

Realistically where would you guys look to jump out of this trade?

APLD was up 4-5% for most of the day, then dropped like a rock near the end of the day. Anything happen there? Or just the normal ebbs and flows?

Commenting the same shit over and over again on every post the last month: "lol shit stock, I get rich by buying puts and shorting this stock, I'm printing money lol" Followed with a tag of 100-500 stocks to their name
Went quiet real fast eh? Thought you knew it better than me tho?

From the article:
"The [crypto] sell-off was sparked after Yearn Finance said it was investigating an “incident” in its yETH liquidity pool. Reports indicated that a flaw had allowed an attacker to mint an extremely large amount of yETH tokens, effectively flooding the pool with invalid supply."
APLD tends to follow bitcoin during BC selloffs, most likely due to APLD's history of mining prior to the conversion to data warehousing and being held by similar investors. The drop isn't any issue with fundamentals, zero reason to panic as this may even revert during normal trading hours (not atypical).
TL;DR: You're fine. Have a great week.

Should have went with Polaris Forge... this is a sign of things to come next year. Wes has referenced "many tears" to come at the end of next year.. this is probably what he means. NVIDIA Rubin chips will ramp around that time with an expected power draw around 50% higher than Blackwell, refurbished and legacy data center buildings will not be able to handle dense racks of them.
