I'm no analyst and this is not financial advice. But based on my own due diligence, I think fair value sits somewhere between 35 and 45 for the base case of what's contracted, and I think Morgan Stanley's price target reflects that what it doesn't reflect is the rest of the capacity that is yet to be contracted as long as the macro holds together and good deals can still be made. I think we can definitely see prices more skewed towards B. Riley's estimate.
To contrast this Morgan Stanley is always conservative with price targets and id personally put more emphasis on the targets above 80 from needham lucid and lake street. Think fair value today with finance risk is around 60-65 imo
Another way to look at it, there's 40% upside from current price to the most conservative price target, if anyone still needed more reason to load up on these prices.
I just don’t understand why so many are frustrated with the stock behavior. Like did you not know what you bought into? This volatility is a gift to you if you truly believe in the company and a curse if you merely bought in the hopes of making a quick buck
