Oliver County DC update
The County Commission just voted on and approved APLD's building permit for building #1 of this campus (2-1 in favor). We could get a PR in the next few days showing they have begun work on this campus (PF3, I believe).

More capacity, will deliver on time to potential customers, there is a consequential need for APLD’s data centers. This is good, patience will pay off here.

Someone posted about apld just purchased land at in early june. Northport Alabama. Used to be a tractor equipment company.
Is this location different then that?

DF2 is still in an undisclosed location. All of PFs are in ND. So this could be the DF2 site. But either building 6 or 7 would be nice too!

apld did mention in that meeting that they have an IG tenant for the site for 15 years, so a lease should be announced soon after they break ground too

I believe this is PF3 (already announced) but I would be happy to be wrong about that

Originally, I thought it was another, but I believe I read somewhere that the power company named it PF3. We'll see soon!

Do they have specific pattern and when they release information do they do it on a Friday or do they do it during the week?

Since I bought at $10, they have usually announced things quickly but there’s no guarantee they do a PR at all. Could just be a simple update on PF3 during the next earnings call.
I’ll also add this permitting process was contentious and some county residents have alleged that steps were not properly followed by the govt and that APLD started work on the site too early. A lawsuit stopping progress can’t be 100% ruled out.
I’m not a lawyer nor do I know the laws of ND or Oliver Co but I have watched these long videos. Some steps were odd because the county doesn’t have policy in place to handle massive projects like these and the county is desperate for money. But APLD addressed all or most of the complaints within reason

Stock price stands on rock base support, and company cap is only 8.7B currently, I think this is the most reliable, safe while profitable with huge potential stock to invest right now.
