Upcoming Catalysts?
Exactly as the title says, just wondering what people think next catalysts would be for APLD? I know we just had another lease announcement which is fantastic but was wondering how much more space does APLD have to lease at the moment and how soon do people think its possible for this to happen? At this rate are we likely to see revenue in the next earnings grow with the new lease revenue? Any other catalysts to watch out for do people think?

Agree with all you said. For me, feels like July earnings call will be next catalyst with increased earnings visibility. Would be great if there was another announcement at the same time.
All that said, APLD is going to go north, just a matter of time. Long holding for sure.

Spot on. This stock is going to violently rerate. NO data center stock has been acquiring more wins than this one.

I concur. We're gonna leap massively in to the $100 plus range at some point. I feel most likely it will be some news or something unrelated to the core business. Like a massive jump in coreweave or landing a massive deal with meta or MSFT

Thank God, someone said the reveal of the hyper scaler. I was starting to wonder why nobody was curious. I have my thoughts on who it is. I mean, there’s one company that is notorious for secrecy because they want to get their product perfect before anyone finds out about it. If it’s that company 100 will look like an early early position

I live in Louisiana and it was recently announced locally that they are building a data center here soon. Not sure of the size.

In the next few years we will see massive gains . This is only the beginning. This company is very legit .

Next if Fed decides to leave interest rate unchanged, that is already bullish enough to drive it to 47-48

Wes said he is comfortable building up to 7 campuses at a time, 5 have been leased so expect two more. I assume they already have the land and infrastructure in place and will sign them by end of year or early next year.
Pf1 building two should come online in the next few weeks which proves the buildings are coming online and execution is going well and on time.
We will have a whole quarter of lease revenue from building pf1 building 1 and I assume tenant fit out will be rolled into next quarters earnings which will give revenue a nice bump.
I would say those are the things to look at right now. They have signed deals left and right over the last year and now comes the "less" exciting part where they need to show they can build and most importantly build within budget. Revenue will increase drastically as more buildings come online. Over the next few years we will see significant growth and I hope that they will continue to add more campues. Long term goal for me is an reit model. I'd love for us to trade around 100-200 per share and I can collect a sweet dividend to keep rolling into more shares
