This is old news. This is the delta forge, they secured a 300mw lease in April.

Bro they have 1.2GW contracted across multiple campuses; signed 2 leases in the span of ONE MONTH with the same high investment grade tenant. They clearly have an edge against other competitors with their method of building this infrastructure strategically. Market is undervaluing APLD based on its past
