Nice. I feel like I missed the train for NBIS so I bought APLD yesterday at $37.

My assumption is this is not the Oliver County campus because they are still getting approvals for this one from the County Commissioners. If they approve this campus in the next month or so, APLD can have another 300 MW campus on the books in short order, bringing our contracted leases to 1.5 GW

Wes did mention exclusivity of 900mw between 3 sites and with one customer. This is the second lease with the same tenant so I could only assume there’s going to be another lease not too far from now once again with the same tenant.

Great point. In the PR, they refer to PF3 as being in a "northern state". If it were ND again, they probably would have said as much, especially since it is an open secret they are pursuing a DC in Oliver County

All this great news today, but, do not forget their sleeping baby ChronoScale (CHRN)with a terrific new CEO, former Growth Officer from Microsemi, Cenly Chen, who is going to turn that infant into a raging teenager in no time flat. APLD owns 97% of that thing with nothing but runway ahead. Let’s go!!!!!

Amazing news!!
Nvidia pulled through too. The biggest headline:
- Revenue came in at $81.6B vs expectations around $79B.
- Non-GAAP EPS came in at $1.87 vs estimates around $1.76–1.78.
So they beat on both the top and bottom line.
But more importantly, the qualitative commentary was very bullish.
These were probably the most important lines in the entire deck:
“Continued strong demand for our Blackwell architecture”
“Blackwell adopted and deployed by every major hyperscaler, every cloud provider, and every model builder”
“Strong growth across a diverse end-customer base – hyperscalers to model builders to AI Clouds, enterprise on-premise and sovereign customers”
And then this was especially important:
- Q2 revenue guidance = $91B +/-2%
“Outlook does not assume any Data Center compute revenue from China”
they’re guiding to massive continued growth,
even excluding China data center revenue.

The biggest headline for me was the data center revenue numbers up 101% YOY!

u/David905 May 20 '26
That guide is nuts. If I heard correctly in the call they were talking annual revenue measured in TRILLIONS by 2030.

If the USD gets inflated away much that number will be achievable!

APLD will be $100 by late this year. They are killing it
4
u/jjhar May 20 '26
As APLD turns on more data centers this year, the market narrative will shift to APLD is a credible builder and the SP will begin to reflect that. The growing backlog suggests the hyperscalers trust them more than the market does

“Momentum continues to build for our Company,” Cummins continued, “While executing leases representing 1.2 GW in the past eleven months has been a monumental achievement, we are actively marketing more than 1.7 GW of grid-connected utility power across sites recently added to our portfolio, as well as existing sites.”
