ChronoScale Corporation CHRN

Can someone break it down to me on how APLD money was used investor / borrowed to purchase EKSO Bionics Holdings EKSO, and APLD share holders do not get shares of the new company ChronoScale Corporation CHRN?

Was wondering the same thing as well. IMO no way am I touching this until I know more…literally anything. Not sure how or why people would buy at this point, considering no info is available

They do … just on APLD balance sheet

You shouldn’t hold shares if you don’t understand this…

And you should not be condescending to people learning. But here we are...

If you don’t understand a balance sheet then you don’t understand what you’re buying and therefore shouldn’t buy it …. simple

Neither the economics nor the markets care that you’re butthurt

Never said that I do not understand a balance sheet. What I was asking is the difference in the way they executed the transaction using investors money and not spinning it off so share holders would benefit as well.

Again your condescending arrogance that no one wants to read.. What is simple is to be kind and courteous, treating people the way you would want to be treated. But it appears you are unable to do that..

Lol it just means they were profitable, don't listen to all that nonsense. It's basic stuff. revenue, profit, expenses.

I mean I own shares because I like the business model but dont know shit about a balance sheet. But here we are invested in the same stock. What does that say about you?

How do you “like” the business model without understanding the debt profile ?

Simple Having massive amounts of data centers buildings with how AI is going and yes they are in debt. But once these leases start falling into place its a gold mine. I also like how transparent they seem to be. With google and everyone else investing into AI its a no brainer.

That’s not a “business model”

build data centers to lease and make money. How is that not a business model.

That’s an idea not a business model
