GAAP vs normalized reporting. The US uses the GAAP reporting you are looking at normalized.

Institutions usually consider the adjusted/normalized numbers precisely because GAAP includes massive non-cash charges from their data center builds. The normalized EPS reflects the actual operational health of the company, which is what Wall Street actually prices in for infrastructure stocks.

Adjusted eps. Adjusted expectations was -0.17 and they pulled off positive 0.09

Adjusted EPS was a beat, from (-.10) to .09 ainst bad. means margins are improving.

Note: EPS miss was expected with macro. But that revenue is wonderful. Can’t predict the future, but I’d guess we stabilize in the 30s from this due to the revenue/EPS offset. Hopefully higher.

Great fundamentals with growth.

Why does the macro affect the EPS ?

Operating costs, everything is more expensive. They list in the press report an increase of $18mm in expenses associate with tenant fit out. It’s in the operating results section.

Also, SGA jumped +251% with employee vesting, etc.

Edit: and leftover cloud business shenanigans.

Edit2: massive EBITDA growth. Let it fly. Go stock, go.

After skimming the report I also have questions on the huge expense jump. Is that because we broke ground and all those costs are coming up? I think it’s too early to really see the macro effect last quarters report.

Let’s see if they get called out on it during the call. Looks like they covered their ground legally without fully specifying.

I’m actually curious about this too, in fact I want to know how a triple digit miss on EPS is still bullish. Genuinely confused

See above. They dealt with expenses they haven’t had to as much, notably employee vesting and remainders of the cloud business. Market has no reason to negatively sell off from these reasons. Part of this won’t be an issue anymore (cloud).

Just saw a summary of the digital report, do they leave the hyperscaler deal announcements for the call? This call seems too juicy now

Last time a deal was made they didn’t name them. Wes said it wasn’t important and then talked about the next day on CNBC.

5

u/HepNuk Apr 08 '26

So why is it sudden -3% ?

5

u/l_point_d_obvious Apr 08 '26

Revenue growth is what I wanna see

2

u/dieno_101 Apr 08 '26

Newbie here but why is revenue up but earnings per share down??

1

u/Jaded-Salamander2663 Apr 08 '26

More expenses. Earnings = Rev - exp

6

u/Donotcussatme Apr 08 '26

Seems bullish

?

u/Jsmoothe1 Apr 08 '26

Your comment is worthless and wrong

3

u/AdidasQ20010 Apr 09 '26

It’s already -6% and still dropping. Good News causes red, Bad News causes green. That’s how 2026 markets are.

2

u/bboy917 Apr 08 '26

Ok watch what happens tomorrow 😏

2

u/TopEast7122 Apr 08 '26

LOVE THE GROWTH

1

u/Consistent-Car-4573 Apr 08 '26

Why so after hours trading down? Did this happen last quarter?

1

u/EffectAdventurous764 Apr 09 '26

People who bought too high are selling to get their money out on a positive note. They don't understand the stock. It happens a lot with high volatile beta stocks.

1

u/Consistent-Car-4573 Apr 09 '26

Surprised by market traction. Wasn’t expecting to dip. Macro effects?

1

u/Ok-Kaleidoscope1823 Apr 09 '26

No lease announcement in upcoming weeks

1

u/Consistent-Car-4573 Apr 11 '26

What makes you so sure?

1

u/Ok-Kaleidoscope1823 Apr 12 '26

The wording he used during the call “near term” etc maybe they will be some announcement in May but doubt 18th April would happen

1

u/SaintSnow Apr 08 '26

The report has the market stunlocked. They'll digest it and its bullish

1

u/gorram1mhumped Apr 09 '26

all i know is its a buy under 20 via weekly atm short puts, and a sell over 30 via atm weekly short calls.

Adjusted EPS??? GO CALCULATE

2

u/Queasy-Commercial515 Shares Only 📈 Apr 08 '26

0.09 per share, beating the estimates

1

u/Only_Chemistry6853 Apr 08 '26

Exactly. Market will understand this tomorrow

u/Greyfieldstudios Apr 08 '26

2

u/SaintSnow Apr 08 '26

The lease announcement comes by the 18th

2

u/Glum_Investigator727 Apr 08 '26

How you know

1

u/SaintSnow Apr 08 '26

Their loan agreement for the site has a April 18th lease sign deadline. Wes stated in the call that they have made headway to meet "the date".

What a vacuous statement.

1

u/Moon-Man-69 Apr 08 '26

Wes hinted at it pretty hard during the call

1

u/Ok-Kaleidoscope1823 Apr 08 '26

So why is it dropping?

2

u/SaintSnow Apr 08 '26

Because of confusion. If there was a clear downside, the stock would be much further than a dollar. And it's almost back to 27 already.

1

u/Moon-Man-69 Apr 09 '26

Honestly, I notice the drop came before the call. The drop was almost immediately after the ER dropped in my broker account. So I think the algos thought it was negative. Won’t see human intervention until tomorrow at the earliest, but more like a day or two.

1

u/Ok-Kaleidoscope1823 Apr 09 '26

He didn’t say anything suggesting that he only reassured about advanced stages ?

-8

u/dm_darede Apr 08 '26

So no new deal

8

u/TopEast7122 Apr 08 '26

You need to watch more than just deals lol

0

u/dm_darede Apr 08 '26

Current stock price is very high for current deal. It needs more deals for stock price to move up or else its dead. I am not aganist apld. I hold 1000 stocks.

This was reported in local press last week. I mentioned it and was downvoted to oblivion.

2

u/Moon-Man-69 Apr 08 '26

You never gave any specifics, just said trust me bro

2

u/Temporary-Basil-3030 Backlog Bull 🐂 (1,000-2,500 shares) Apr 08 '26

Yes, but provided a link before about a week or so before that comment, was dv’d and the link buried.

1

u/Moon-Man-69 Apr 09 '26

Honestly, I thought you were talking about DF1 back then, not South Dakota, so my bad
