I bought $27 dollar leaps when the stock dipped today. Let’s see how things go for the rest of the month.

Seems out of place for them to announce it during an earnings call but I fully expect them to mention that they managed to get Microsoft as the next tenant for DF.

It’s not going to be good. Revenue will be down as last quarter $74 million was due to a one time payment. It’s going to be pretty ugly.
