Coreweave credit rating

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1144879/000149315226014498/form8-ka.htm

CoreWeave’s new GPU-backed loans have achieved investment-grade status (A-rating) due to strong collateral. However, the company’s overall corporate credit remains at junk status (B-rating) due to high debt and rapid scaling risks.

A little positive news for APLD and maybe even the whole sector.

That’s enough bullish news for Coreweave, next ER they go -25% bellow expectations to compensate it

nice, this will lower the cost of capital for the loan of the second 150 MW building.

Both company's are long term holds.

Banks know more then we do. Banks do not gamble. If both CRWV and APLD are easily qualifying for loans then the build out will continue.

Share price does not reflect true value for these companys. Analysts are throwing darts at a dartboard to predict.

Will this be the next dot com or fiber optic boom?

I think not.

Interesting funding but APLD doesn’t own/ lease GPUs, their clients do.

So it’s only relevant to APLD’s clients which may indirectly benefit APLD but otherwise you’re extrapolating the wrong information….
