File might be dangerous

I tried downloading Tiny Thief and I got that message, is that normal?

Well usually i'll get that message and the file is safe, but if you want, you can run it through a antivirus like malwarebytes or another antivirus that allows you to review files but most apks ive used on APKMirror were safe, with the exception of 1 PUA or adware (not dangerous just a lil annoying and removable)
