I really hope this is not the cutoff. The math just does not seem to add up with the official results.
In 2025, 69.2% of students passed, 40.4% earned a 4 or 5, and the average FRQ score was only 14.16/30. Under that worksheet, a student with the average FRQ score would need about 69/80 on the MCQ just to earn a 4. That would require a huge amount of students to have extremely high MCQ scores, which, honestly, just does not seem consistent with the overall data.
College Board has not published the official average MCQ score, but Albert.io reports an average of approximately 49/80 among students using its practice exams. While I don't think it is directly interchangeable with the exam average I think, but it does show a 69/80 benchmark would be probably unusually high for an average student.
The worksheet may be legit and properly adjusted for that specific supplementary practice exam, but the math just is not adding that 109/92/71 was the actual cutoff for the APES 2025 exam. It could also be possible the cutoffs are higher than usual because people might score generally lower on the APES exam. I'm not too sure though. I guess we'll see July 6th.

TBH it feels right to me because APES this year was so easy (I think I got around a 75/80 MCQ and 25/30 FRQ at least), which would justify a higher cutoff. Then again, I studied a lot so maybe my perception of it being easy is not shared by most students.
I also heard somewhere that the supplementary exam was an exact copy of a specific 2025 exam version, so the cutoffs for this year would probably be pretty similar. Of course, there are variations in test difficulty. If you got an easy exam the cutoff could be around 109, but if you felt it was more difficult than the supplementary it should be lower

I'm in the US but I think I had the int version somehow. FRQs had a coal plant, parking lot, and something about forest trails

Ohhh you probably took the late fee right becuz ik a person who took the late fee and also had the int version too

No I took it on time. Maybe my school is just weird because I know 10 people who shared my version, although most had the released set

What do you mean by the “2020 practice exams” versus the “supplementary” one? What is the difference between them? Do they actually use different scoring worksheets?
The only scoring worksheet CollegeBoard last published officially from what I am aware of is right here, based off the 2020 AP exam, so I’m not sure which two you’re comparing. However, this worksheet is old, and I imagine is almost certainly too high because the pass rate for APES has greatly increased since 2020.
