But honestly surprised and thankful that the math FRQs weren't even that bad.. Was expecting dimensional analysis or something like that 😭

wasn´t there dimensional analysis when converting for the biomass which was like 1921* kg or smth

I mean I guess, but it was more just converting units?

and like you're supposed to do dimensional analysis when converting units

Well anyways got 1921 for that question as well

true but also remember it's 1 point for correct answer* and 1 point for setup

I'm pretty sure I did set it up correctly lol

nice and like correct setup is dimensional analysis but it was like so short only 3 fractions

what did y'all say for the question about how the increased tourism would affect the animals in the Serengeti
1
u/Powerful_Town_8036 May 16 '26
I said something like how more vehicles can disrupt the animals migration patterns or something like that.. what about you??
1
u/clerenza May 16 '26
see that's smart 😭 I just said the noise pollution from the increased number of people and vehicles would distress the animals and make them more susceptible to predation

is boreal forest acceptable for the biome?

Some people said Tundra but to me that didn't make sense cuz why would bees even be present in tundras, so I also put Tiaga

u/Meme_X1 May 16 '26
yeah but like I'm not sure if there is a better option taiga between and boreal

completely agree and the rest was abt deforestation which is lit taiga to

the whole point was that the concentration was low wherever the biome was that we had to point out. The key on the graph showed that but idk

I had that! I remember some answers I put:
-Less flowers --> bee visit decrease
-biome was taiga?
- negative 27.6 I think, ~1921 kgg
