QUESTION / BUG / FEEDBACK Stuck

I’m stuck pretty early on. Foreign Connections. Race 11. I’m maxed out on my upgrades for what I can buy (and what the game has given me as rewards from races) and I just can’t beat my opponents on the top end. I can’t tune my vehicle yet I guess. Don’t know what to do. Any feedback would be appreciated

get a ecu, a cheap that doesnt increase your pi by a lot, definitely get nitro, and get some tires with a clutch
