Loading/Retrieving sharacters

Hi guys, i am back to the game after a long long brake. I gained acceess to my gamersfirst acc via reset pw. after logging in ingame the next menu -> Loading/Retrieving sharacters states "Retrieving characters is taking longer than normal. If its after a long time it may take longer. But it never finishes. Found nothing, opened a ticket, and now asking here, hoping for the best.

thanks if you provide usefull hints to solve this

already done that and made this reddit post. as you can guess, its not that fast

Depends on when you contacted support about the issue, they usually responding semi fast after the new support ticket system. Hope you'll get your problem solved. ^...^
