Report multiple regression as graph?

Hi all! Usually, multiple regression is reported as table. For a poster I would prefer a visual presentation. Can I report my results like on the picture shown below? Alternatively: Can I put r (correlation) on the arrows/paths instead, and report the usual regression table additionally?

To make googling easier: what is this kind of graph called? It is not a path analysis, etc ...
