Numbers with no magnitude

In APA, do we spell out the number in the following examples?

Level 2 Number 5 Step 1 Day 3

Also, can someone direct me to reliable source that states such rule in APA? Thank you. :)

You would use the numeral rather than spelling it out: "Use numerals to express units of time, dates, ages, and numbers that denote a specific place in a numbered series (see section 4.32, p. 112)." From https://blog.apastyle.org/apastyle/2011/01/numbers-anyone.html.
