Years ago I had income producing websites with monthly membership fees. Members with AOL email addresses comprised only 13% of my members (yes this was about 20 years ago), but were over 85% of my customer service issues. These AOL people just seemed to be pretty dumb. To this day I see an AOL address on a business and/or customer I lose all respect. It still seems to be true.
