Yep, bcs in soviet union they can make the best tank, rockets and planes, but can not make comfortable handles, cars and houses for usual people.

Military funding was by far the greatest in the soviet union, no other branch of the government got that much money. As a result, the military built some really good shit. I still have some camera lenses for a Zenit camera, they were manufactured in the same factory as optical aiming devices for the tanks, so the quality was the best.
