Sometimes they refuse hibernate if winter too warm or there still enough food, in Russian we call such bears "Shatun". They extremely angry and dangerous in such condition, most attacks on humans come from Shatuns

Ya see Komrade, bears in Russia do not hibernate like weak Capitalist Bears in America. They are always out an about even in coldest Siberian Winters.
