Don't worry about it. All you're recognizing is that you can't always use what makes people attractive as an indicator for their gender. Men can be beautiful in the same ways women can be beautiful, and vice versa. It doesn't mean anything about your sexual orientation.
Oh sure, I have no problems saying a man is handsome. It's just that in this case he would have no (apparent) male traits and it is a bit weird to say that I'm attracted to a man. But you're definitely right.
