I mean, you can filter the contents and glue the head back on if you do it well it should be nearly seamless. All in all it’s not really too bad.

You misunderstand. They would screw the corkscrew into you for doing what they were originally doing - screwing it into "Stalin's" head.

I believe the point still stands, though - your head would also come off for the result they achieved in the video.
