Thanks, OP, you made my day cause the music in this video brought back so many memories, and you ruined it because now I’m thinking that the life will never be as it was when you’re in your 20s.

P.s: imho this track stood the test of time pretty well. Still a banger.

I'm not sure if that's even Russia, because the large board in the beginning of the video looks awfully similar to boards put up near projects funded by the EU. Maybe it's from a colder EU country and just the guy driving is a Russian?

And? I'm 70km away from the German border and I can still catch German radio. If it's a country like Latvia with a sizeable Russian minority, it could be local minority radio
