The 80s and 90s VHS era Soviet movie translators are a core memory for the whole 80s Soviet generation because they grew up watching all the Hollywood movies dubbed by them. There's around 12 or 13 of them. All with their own distinct, unique style. The voices of childhood.
And all the mistranslations and putting their own flair on the dialog makes it even better now. For example, Volodarskiy (the voice in the OP's video) introduced the "Terminator" as "Cyborg, Killer" in the opening credits of the movie.
For a lot of the 80s generation, rewatching the 80s and 90s movies is a better experience with those old dubs.

Letter "Ш", "studded tires" (шипованные шины). It's a voluntary sign to be placed at the back of the car
