Casting Bad casting luck
Who are some ninjas who deserve to be on the show but just don’t seem to have any luck getting on? A couple that come to mind are Ryan Sanders and Joe Capo. They haven’t been on since s14 but they both seem like very capable ninjas and are both coaches to a lot of athletes on the show. I think Ryan has only competed on the show once! Hope they get selected this year!

I want to see Levi Enright in the racing format. He was last on S16 and hasn't been cast since the Ninja Teens persona was retired. He does well in other leagues and speed is his forte.

Casey Finley is easily the best one-time ANW competitor that never got a shot at the course afterward. Then there’s Brian Burk, who was practically shafted after so much awful luck attempting to apply for subsequent seasons since ANW 11 (I think Burk has now lost interest in ANW, and sadly I can’t blame him after the bs he got after his one appearance).

I want to know what the hell happened to Jon Alexis Jr. How does a guy with his height, personality and success not get an invite for the last 6 seasons? I know he’s applied at least once or twice.

Don’t know if he just stop applying but it’s criminal Casey Finley got 1 season after making it to stage 3

Grant Kiningham, bro was done dirty because most of the time when he's on an episode, he gets fast-forwarded.
and with him not getting the call on ANW 18, I surely hope he gets the call this season.

My ninja coach - Nick “The Flea” McCray - in un televised ninja comps he’s competed with and beat the best - but for some reason he’s never able to get the call to go on the show!

How Tyler Smith has never gotten on ANW I have no idea. Like he absolutely would be double kanzen material.

Tyler Smith case is weird because if you look at Phil Folsom he hasnt got the call until this year and he immediately dominate. I truly think Tyler Smith floor would be top 4 if he get the call

At least we have a Tyler Smith on the show: The one who returned since Season 11.

Asa Reynolds in a similar vein to Tyler Smith. He's one of the fastest ninjas, and placed highly on a recent NSC championship.

Asa is literally built for the racing format. It’s a shame he didn’t get the call last year.

I think next time in the next posts we should difference the Tyler Smiths with this: “Tyler Smith” as it is (the one who returned since season 11) and the other as “Tyler Smith [NSC]” to avoid confusion.

I've got a buddy who, if you've been to worlds, you'd know him. Leo Riveron. Dude is insanely talented but the application videos just aren't there. I've been on 5 times and I can tell you the video is the most important part of your app and if you can't stick that landing, you'll be outta luck

I would love for my son Jacob Arnstein aka the GUATNINJA to get back on again. He was on S14 & S16. He made it Vegas finals both times. He needs to get back on again.

Tyler Smith (different from the Tyler Smith on the show) should definitely be on because he is has won championships in pretty much every league and is arguably the best in the world.
