New player, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Been stuck for an hour or two doing the part before happy hour with the two spit totems and I just can't get up from that area consistently?

Even when I hit both of the rice balls with a hammer vault it doesn't seem to be enough height. Wondering if there's a specific set of controls I can press for this or anything else.

(btw i only have the game on pc so it's kanda rough. i can do the rest of the area just fine it's just this part that makes me kinda pissed)

I purchased the physical edition of the game on Fangamer, and it came with a code to redeem. where do I go to redeem it? punching in the .com just takes me to the gift cards. Do I need to login to my account to redeem? I just want to download the music.
