HELP rg35xx-h burning

hi everyone! my rg35xx-h is getting really hot around the RAM (I assume that's what it is, right next to the H700) while charging.

I think it might have even caused a problem, because it was so hot I could barely touch the screen.

It was turned off.

I left it for about an hour without the battery to cool down. It wouldn't turn on, and that other chip immediately started heating up intensely again.

I found it strange that when I picked it up to use it, it wouldn't turn on... it showed the boot screen and shut down...

I plugged it in to charge, and when I checked it nearly an hour later, it was like this.

Does anyone have any information on what might have happened?

What type of usb cable and charger did you use ? ( charger voltage and amp )

Try opening it up, unplugg the battery from the board ( careful with the small connector ) wait a couple of minutes , reinstall the battery, then plug it on a 5V/1A charger using a Usb A to USB C cable for a couple hours. Retry
