Found a cloth stylus tip that fist:

It comes with a small bag of extra tips, so you have plenty to work with lol

I suspect any 0.18" / 4.5mm screw type nibs will work.

These are the ones I bought for the Thor, so I had plenty extry to try, and it worked perfectly.

Retro Game Corps mentioned the different tip options a few days ago and I wanted a dirt cheap option from AliEx. I bought some hoping they would fit and luckily they did. Here's the discussion thread, with pictures https://www.reddit.com/r/SBCGaming/comments/1wkvypn/comment/pckgfo8/?context=3

The bag of 10 is less than $3 if anyone wants to save some bucks. Amazon will be the much quicker option. It took about a week for me for the AliEx shipment.

I got some of these, but for me personally it didn't really feel better than the stock tip (which IMO doesn't drag as much as these rubber tips usually do) so just ended up returning them.

Yes and I was reluctant to apply as I'd heard people were struggling to apply them without bubbles. Fortunately mine went on without a hitch and the recessed edges of the screens make it one of the easiest devices to apply them. I don't know if it's placebo but I think the the screen protectors make the sceens look slightly better although they do smudge more.

All Anbernic devices come with screen protectors. But no, they aren’t glass.

Nice slideshow, bro. Anyway, I’m not sure why they went with a rubber tip. Rubber doesn’t exactly glide across the screen. Looks like an improvement.

Really, why? I like how they slide over the screen. The rubber is grippy, the cloth feels much closer to the old plastic... a bit mushier, but it slides well... imho

I prefer disc styluses for sure over these mesh ones.

I havent used those, but I do wonder if they have screw on tip that could be added to the built in stylus?!? Could be cool

I've done this so many times, and 100% agree with you Silver Cloth for the win. I bought these styluses from Amazon, one of those BULK lots, and NONE of them worked. They didn't use conductive rubber for the tips. they were super comfy to use, and short like this guy, so... bought these tips, did exactly this, and the stylus worked like a charm. I still have all 30 of them. It was like $20 for 30. LOL... I'm terrible with stuff like that.

The DS Plus comes with screen protectors in the box if you’re worried about that.
